We are all familiar with the story of the Three Little Pigs. Little Pig Consulting was derived from this exact fairy tale story!
The pigs in the story were tenacious; no matter what the big bad wolf did, they never gave up. Each time the wolf tried to tear them down, they built themselves back up again, refining their processes along the way until they were successful.

Since 2010, Clayton has been associated with Registered Training Organisations in capacities such as an Educator at TAFE, Sales and Management roles . Prior to this Clayton was a part owner of the family business and has held various sales & management roles in varying industries across Australia. Clayton is also proud to board member for Hope for Our Children - (Chair Person).
Role in the Pig Pen
Clayton launched Little Pig Consulting in 1 April 2017 and has helped countless small to medium businesses across Australia. He is passionate about helping others succeed in their business by any means possible. Clayton is proud to be a volunteer "Mentor 4 Growth" mentor as well as a "Small Business Mentor" for TAFE Qld.

Emma Menyweather

Experience
Emma took the leap from classroom to keyboard in 2018. Prior to becoming the Creative Director at Little Pig Consulting, she taught primary school at various locations across Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.
Before becoming a teacher, Emma worked as a graphic designer for the University of Queensland. Whilst teaching, Emma kept her hand in graphic design as a freelance designer.
Role in the Pig Pen
As the head of creativity at Little Pig Consulting, it is Emma's role to oversee the marketing team. Whilst she is involved in all aspects such as logo, brand and web design, marketing and to general graphic design, her talents lie in social media creation and management.
Jodie Adamson

Jodie has zigzagged through nearly every Australian state and territory, injecting her vibrant energy everywhere from Condobolin to Kuranda. Currently at the helm of JM Creative Studio, she weaves her web of creativity across system design, websites, and SEO . A certified SmartSuite Partner Consultant, Jodie brings a unique blend of professional acumen and fun to every project she touches.

Jodie's role includes all aspects of SEO, mainly focussing on the maintenance and updates of existing websites on various platforms.
Jayden English

Jayden is a creative thinker with a passion for design and branding. He studied Design and Marketing at the University of the Sunshine Coast, where he sharpened his skills in visual storytelling. His journey began in 2015 when he launched his own streetwear brand, Turtl3 Co., blending bold designs with a fresh, modern style. With a strong eye for detail and a knack for marketing, Jayden brings unique ideas to every project, combining creativity with strategy to make an impact.
Role in the Pig Pen
Jayden’s role covers all things creative from graphic design and video production to crafting engaging content for social media marketing. Jayden works across a wide range of projects in content creation.
Jay Rivers
Lead Videographer

Bachelor of Arts RMIT Melbourne - Majoring in Photography and Communication Design
Experience
Jay started his creative career after university as a Graphic Designer for a start-up company in Melbourne and spent the first 6 years broadening his skillsets to include, web-design, social media content creation as well as video and podcast production! Since then Jay has honed his video production and directing skills specialising in content creation.
Role in the Pig Pen
As our Lead Videographer, it is Jay’s passion and role to head up all things video for our clients, alongside this, he is also training and guiding the next generation of video Superstars in the Pig Pen to new heights!
Lindsey Kidman
Web & Graphic Designer

Lindsey has over nine years' experience in the design industry, working in both agency and in-house roles. She has partnered with businesses across a range of industries to create visual solutions that strengthen their brands.
Role in the Pig Pen
Lindsey specialises in graphic design, logo design, branding, and website design and development. She enjoys helping clients bring their ideas to life through creative, practical design that supports their business goals.
Luke Kronk
Videographer

Fully qualified and licensed drone pilot with professional proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Classic
Experience
With over 10 years of experience in advertising media, videography, and photography, Luke has worked with major brands across Queensland. His expertise spans a wide range of work including portraits, product shots, landscape photography, storytelling videography, advertising videography, as well as high-quality real estate media such as property videography, drone imagery, floor plans, virtual tours, and twilight shoots.
Luke is highly proficient with professional tools including DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Lightroom Classic and is a fully qualified and licensed drone pilot. He is known for his laid-back, collaborative approach that puts clients at ease while delivering polished, impactful results.
